Position: Teaching Assistant

Location: Coventry Area

Type: Daily Supply or Ongoing Role

Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the class teacher in delivering lessons.
• Assist students with their individual learning needs.
• Help create a positive and supportive classroom environment.
• Work with small groups or one-to-one with students to support their academic development.
• Monitor and record student progress.
• Ensure student safety and well-being.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children, ideally within a school setting (but not essential).
• A proactive, friendly, and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A DBS check (or be willing to undergo one).
• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
