Financial Controller (Part-time)

We\’re supporting a growing technology & services‐led business in the search for a hands‐on fractional/part-time finance leader to strengthen financial control and support the leadership team through the next phase of growth.This is a practical, delivery‐focused role with responsibility for day‐to‐day finance, month‐end reporting, cash flow oversight, and improving processes. You\’ll act as the senior finance lead on a part‐time basis, working closely with founders and key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities Monthly management accounts, cash flow, and KPIsOversight of transactional finance and month‐end closeBudgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisStrengthening controls, reporting, and finance processesPartner with C-suite team and Private Equity investorsLiaison with external accountants and advisorsBackground Sought Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)Prior Financial Controller or senior finance experience in an SME or growth businessExperience in tech, SaaS, or professional services preferred
