We are working with an expanding M&E contractor who operates across multiple sectors, but is known for their work in the data centre and design & build commercial fit-out sector. They have gone through incredible growth in the last two years and are continuing that trend despite market difficulties. If you are an ambitious Mechanical Site Manager who wants to work with a company that is as successful as they are solid, then read on.
Project Overview:
As mentioned above, this contractor is known for their delivery of projects in the Data Centre and D&B commercial fit-out sector, but they also deliver work in healthcare, education and retail from £1m to £8m. As a Mechanical Site Manager, your role will be site-based working alongside the estimation and commercial teams to deliver mechanical packages.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, we would need you to have the following:
- NVQ Level 3 or HND in mechanical or building services engineering
- CSCS card (ideally black, but gold will suffice)
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Experience delivering projects above £500K
- Able to show longevity in previous roles
- 2 references from people/companies you’ve worked for
- Experience with similar projects/project sectors
Salary and Package:
If you are successful in the role, and dependent on experience you will receive the following:
- £55-60K
