We are looking for a highly organised and detail orientated Sales Support Administrator to join our Light Commercial Vehicles Sales Team based in Fradley.

Established in 1959, for over 65 years we have developed successful operations in key business areas, including Authorised Distributors for Renault Trucks, Isuzu Trucks, Trailers, Rental and Contract Hire, body work and repair. We are a leading provider within our industry, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

As LCV Vehicle Sales Progressor you will be responsible for coordinating the lifecycle of our commercial vehicle assets, ensuring all vehicles are progressed through from order to delivery. You will coordinate efficient arrivals, sales processing, vehicle processing and deliveries by working closely with internal teams, suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations and handovers for an outstanding customer experience.

Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 office based

Key Activities:

  • Vehicle Processing: Oversee vehicle preparation, including inspection servicing and repairs to ensure they are in top condition before delivery.
  • Work with internal departments and external providers to ensure vehicles are ready for customer collection or delivery.
  • Update internal tracking system and communicate progress to relevant departments and stakeholders.
  • Administration: Updating systems to ensure current and accurate information at all times.
  • Provide updates on progress, future, current or sold stock for system reports.
  • Assist with process inbound sales enquiries ensuring they are logged accordingly.
  • Record all assets accurately & in a timely manner in accordance to company & manufacturers policies.
  • Ensure all relevant purchase orders have been completed accurately & distributed to all relevant parties for progression.
  • Information relating to the delivery of the vehicle has been communicated urgently to the relevant people.
  • Costs have been accurately allocated to the asset analysis for reporting purposes.
  • Complete invoices accurately & in a timely manner.
  • Complete funding paperwork and send to the relevant funder for finance.
  • Application of registration documents from relevant parties to tax & register vehicles with DVLA.
  • Ensure that all costs have been accurately allocated.
  • Ensure all Repair & Maintenance Documentation is correctly completed.
  • Ensure all Warranty Documentation is correctly completed.

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment.
  • Show initiative and problem-solving skills bringing solutions that will assist the business and customer.
  • Knowledge of vehicle specifications, compliance and documentation is advantageous; handover full training will be provided.
  • Working as part of a team is essential, whilst also being able to work independently.
