A leading regional law firm with a strong reputation for client service is seeking a motivated Property Paralegal to join their dynamic and expanding Property team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in both residential and commercial property transactions, looking to develop their career in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

The Property team is currently the firm’s fastest-growing department, operating across two locations and known for handling a high volume of diverse transactional property matters. As the firm experiences continued growth, they are now seeking an additional resource to support both sides of the property practice.

You will assist with a broad caseload of residential and commercial property matters, contributing to team output while developing your own skillset. There will be opportunities to manage a small caseload independently, depending on your level of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support administrative and legal aspects of conveyancing transactions
  • Ensure the delivery of efficient and high-quality service
  • Liaise directly with clients and other stakeholders
  • Manage and progress files under supervision
  • Assist fee earners with the day-to-day handling of files

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a Residential and Commercial Property team (ideally 2–3 years)
  • Enthusiasm to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to meeting deadlines
  • Confidence in client-facing communications
  • High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Prior experience working within a Residential and/or Commercial Property team
