Construction Senior Associate – Cardiff

Ambitious, forward moving firm seeks a construction senior associate to join their successful construction and infrastructure team. To keep pace with sector growth through 2025, our client seeks to appoint a construction lawyer to join their team based in Cardiff. Applications are invited from lawyers who have trained and qualified with a large regional, national or international practice, have at least 3 years PQE, and have experience of non-contentious construction work or a mix of contentious and advisory work.

Sitting amongst the most well-regarded construction specialist teams in the South West and Wales market, the department handles a broad range of matters for clients including central and local government bodies, developers, contractors, engineering businesses, housebuilders, banks and funders. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction associate or senior associate to join a top tier construction group, offering an exciting and very commercial platform.

Responsibilities

• Work on the full suite of construction matters on behalf of clients including central and local government bodies, developers, contractors, engineering businesses, housebuilders, banks and funders.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver commercial, practical construction solutions.

Requirements/Qualifications

• At least 3 years PQE in construction (non-contentious focus or a mix of contentious and advisory work).
• Trained and qualified with a large regional, national or international practice.
