Weβre partnering with a critically acclaimed bistro known for its vibrant atmosphere, high-quality food, and loyal following. This is a rare opportunity for a Head Chef to take full creative control of a menu that changes weekly, backed by an Executive Chef for support.
The Bistro:
β’ Michelin Guide-listed, well-known site
β’ 50 covers + bar seats and open kitchen countertop service
β’ Closed Sundays + structured service (2-3 turns daily)
β’ Autonomy over menus + seasonal British produce focus
The Ideal Head Chef:
β’ Proven experience leading teams in high-quality bistro/restaurant kitchens
β’ Passion for French techniques and seasonal British ingredients
β’ Strong leadership β fosters collaboration and excellence
β’ Longevity in previous roles (min. 2+ years tenure preferred)
