An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a leading organisation in Bradford, playing a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-impact people strategies aligned to business priorities.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with Executive leaders and senior stakeholders, providing expert HR guidance and driving forward positive cultural and organisational change.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Acting as a strategic advisor to Exec members on people strategy and workforce planning
  • Leading and supporting change management initiatives, including employee relations, engagement, and implementation
  • Championing a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and performance
  • Using data and insights to inform decisions, track trends, and drive improvement
  • Building strong relationships with trade union partners and internal stakeholders
  • Managing and supporting HRBPs and contributing to broader people leadership

What We’re Looking For:

  • Significant HR business partnering experience, including Trade Union engagement
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to operate in complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments
  • Experience in designing and delivering strategic People Plans
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Desirable:

  • Experience in the Utilities or Tech sector
  • SAP knowledge

Location: Bradford (with hybrid working)

Leadership responsibility: Manages a team of HR Business Partners

Reports to: Head of People Operations
