Our client a renowned Salmon Seafarm company with more than 50 years under their belt are looking for Process Operatives to join their team based within their Shian processing plant near Oban. Free transport available from Oban and along the route from Oban to the plant. Our client does not only strive for sustainability, and top level care for their Salmon, this is also the case for their employee’s, with a wide variety of Employee Benefits offered as standard. Main Duties (not limited to): Processing and preparing product ready for dispatch to their customer base Machine Operation Cleaning/Grading Packing General House Keeping The ideal candidate should: Be able to work well within a team and take instruction well Have good communication skills in order to ensure team is working together Demonstrate a positive attitude towards their work and colleagues Be aware of both personal and company hygiene standards Show an interest in animal welfare and sustainability Experience in food production or related industries is advantageous Full training on machinery, Food Safety and Hygiene provided. £12.00 per hour with Overtime paid after 8 hours per day at £18.00 per hour Fulltime positions, however client may also consider part time to fit in with your availability and needs. …
