We are seeking a dynamic SAP Ariba Systems Analyst to play a pivotal role in transforming procurement systems and data strategies across a complex, multi-site organisation. This role blends systems leadership, performance analytics, and hands-on digital procurement expertise to shape the future of procurement operations.
Following a significant investment in procurement technology and supplier management processes, this role will take ownership of the procurement systems landscape, with a focus on the SAP Ariba suite (including Guided Buying, S2C, Risk, and SL&P), and develop Business Intelligence strategies that deliver measurable value. You will be instrumental in supporting system optimisation, supplier enablement, process automation, and data-driven decision-making, all while leading a small team focused on performance and insights.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop the Procurement Systems & Performance team, supporting delivery excellence and continuous improvement.
- Own the end-to-end procurement systems infrastructure, acting as the business lead and subject matter expert.
- Deliver insightful procurement analytics and KPI dashboards aligned with business goals and executive decision-making.
- Drive system enhancements and compliance through structured change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Build and maintain systemised buying routes, templates, catalogues, and content aligned with procurement policy.
- Support system users and suppliers with guidance, troubleshooting, training, and content development.
- Monitor and maintain critical data such as preferred supplier lists and material codes to ensure accurate and meaningful reporting.
- Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and Business Intelligence functions to align procurement systems with wider business strategies.
- Deep understanding of procurement technology, especially SAP Ariba modules.
- Proven track record in systems administration, analytics, or digital transformation within a procurement or operations environment.
- Skilled in managing change and driving adoption across cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Highly proficient in Excel, SharePoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
