To primarily oversee operation of the laboratory in the NCRF, providing training and supervision of new and junior staff and provide technical support to the Clinical Research Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) To ensure the NCRF lab operates within national guidelines and local SOPs To undertake routine processing of samples from research participants and provide data management support for trials, inputting source clinical data into trial databases Please note it is a requirement of The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust that all successful candidates who require a DBS for the post they have been offered pay for their DBS certificate.
