We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team in an exciting new role within the Human Resources Directorate at our university. The role of HR Specialist – Projects offers a unique opportunity for professional growth within a flexible and inclusive environment. You will be creative, proactive, and eager to make a significant impact. You will work closely with our HR Project Manager to drive innovative projects and achieve outstanding results. Key Responsibilities Support in the planning and execution of innovative projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure project alignment with goals. Identify challenges and contribute to implementing effective solutions to overcome obstacles and drive project success. Tracking and reporting on project progress, using data to inform decisions and optimise processes. Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices. A bit about our department Our Human Resources Directorate is the University’s people team. We manage everything from recruitment, onboarding and induction, people policies, right through to development, wellbeing, reward and benefits, and change management.
