We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead and manage a high-quality care facility in Bath. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate leader who is committed to delivering exceptional care and improving the lives of those we support. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care service, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement in care standards. You will lead a team of professionals, support staff development, and ensure that residents receive the highest level of person-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the operations of the care facility, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery. Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing support and guidance to ensure effective performance and professional growth. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. Promote a person-centered approach to care, ensuring the needs and preferences of residents are met. Build strong relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to ensure holistic care provision. Manage the facility’s budget and resources efficiently, optimizing service performance. To be successful you must: NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent (or the commitment to achieve it). Proven experience in a senior care management role, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the care sector. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Strong financial and operational management abilities.
