I am representing a boutique investment company near to Victoria who are looking for an EA for their welcoming and dynamic CEO. He is looking for a right hand support to immerse themselves in his role, with a proactive nature, love of support and exceptional attention to detail. This is a 1:1 role. Ideal for someone with 5+ years experience as a PA/EA from a hands-on role, investments, boutique and hands on environments are much preferred. C-suite or CEO level is a must 1:1 to transition into the role with ease. Daily inbox management, flagging urgent matters and responding where appropriate, extensive ever changing diary management, travel arrangements including accommodation and transportation links, key project tracking/management for deadlines and key tasks, document production, proof reading, note taking during meetings, gatekeeping, private support for personal appointments, payments to insurances and more. 1 day WFH available and excellent bonus and benefits on offer.
