Electrical Maintenance Engineer Salary £40,756 – £42,157 Per Annum DOE + Excellent Benefits Location – Buxton Days – (Monday-Friday) gap technical are proud to be representing a Market Leading manufacturing business in their search for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work at their facilities based near Buxton Performance Objectives Work in a safe manner, ensuring the Health & Safety of yourself and others Comply with and be actively involved in SHE and Quality Policies and Procedures Carry out safety and maintenance checks and record accordingly. Advise on the extent of repairs, replacement, and maintenance issues. Fault finding on highly automated plant including PLC’s VSD’s and process instrumentation Ability to read and understand electrical drawings Knowledge of Hydraulics and Pneumatics Advise on foreseeable maintenance requirements and essential spares requirements. Keep accurate maintenance repair records. Plan, carry out and keep records of electrical testing and maintenance. Contribute electrical aspects where required of any RCA reports where significant downtime has occurred. Active involvement in the commissioning of any new plant or equipment.
