You\’ll work directly with individuals experiencing rough sleeping, helping them take the first steps toward safe, stable, and independent living.

What You\’ll Be Doing

Connect with people sleeping rough through regular outreach (including evenings/weekends).

Carry out assessments and co-create tailored support plans.

Help individuals access accommodation and vital services.

Work closely with a passionate team and partner organisations to ensure holistic, person-centred support.

What We\’re Looking For

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Experience working with vulnerable adults, especially those with complex needs.

A resilient, empathetic, and solution-focused approach.
