Job Description

C&C Search is recruiting an experienced EA to join a boutique private equity firm based in Mayfair. As EA, you will provide 1:1 support to a busy Partner and undertake office management duties to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.

Salary: £65,000-£70,000

Hybrid set up: 5 days in the office

Key responsibilities for this EA/Office Manager role:

* Extensive diary management (personal and professional)
* Full inbox management
* Scheduling global meetings across different time zones often with last minute changes
* Board meeting planning and preparation
* Full documentation preparation, assisting with agendas, presentations etc.
* Arranging complex international travel in the UK, Africa, Asia and Europe
* Being the main gatekeeper and point of contact for key stakeholders
* Planning and preperation for conferences, events and speaking engagements
* Office management duties; ensuring the smooth running of the office, overseeing maintenance/facilities/IT, being the main point of contact for all external suppliers and maintaining those key relationships, as well as onboarding/offboarding, team events and ad hoc admin.

What background and experience are the company looking for?

Strong experience as an EA supporting at Partner level. Must have experience working in private equity, boutique finance or professional services. Must have proven experience organising complex global travel.

Successful candidates will be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills. Must be able to work at pace, remain calm under pressure and build excellent relationships.
