Job Title: Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer
Location: London (Hybrid Working Available)

Our clients are consistently ranked in the top tier for Construction and due to continued growth they are now looking to appoint a driven and talented Non-Contentious Construction Senior Associate 4+ PQE to join their London office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating construction contracts including JCT, NEC, FIDIC, EPC and bespoke agreements
- Advising clients on procurement strategies, project risk management and contract structuring
- Supporting major development and infrastructure projects from inception to completion
- Working closely with transactional teams across real estate, projects, and finance
- Involvement in client relationship management and business development initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ PQE with a focus on non-contentious construction
- Excellent working knowledge of standard form construction contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC, EPC)
- Experience advising on large-scale developments or infrastructure projects
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in the construction sector
