About the Role:
We are currently working with a highly regarded practice in London seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with panel membership to work in a supportive environment where professionalism, confidentiality, and client care are at the forefront of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and domestic abuse.
- Manage a caseload of family law cases with a strong focus on client confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Draft legal documents, including divorce petitions, child arrangement orders, and financial consent orders.
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings as necessary.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, providing empathetic and clear legal guidance throughout the process.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest standard of service and client care.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in family law.
- Panel membership with the Law Society is essential.
- Proven experience in handling a broad range of family law matters, including experience with legal aid cases (desirable).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, confidential advice in sensitive matters.
