Corporate Associate – US Law firm
We are instructed by a US Law firm that is growing their London team. They are seeking to recruit an Associate from a top tier City or International law firm.
Applications are sought from candidates that meet the following criteria:
- Qualified in England & Wales
- 1-4 years PQE
- Experience of private M&A and joint ventures
- Trained at a top 20 UK law firm.
