Requirements:
- Preference for CIAT accreditation
- Between 2-5 yearsβ experience
- Strong technical and construction knowledge and good understanding of current UK Building Regulations and CDM obligations
- Experience working on projects through RIBA Stages 4, 5, and 6
- Demonstrate an ability to prepare detailed working drawing packages & preparing specifications
- Proficient in the use of BIM software's, ideally Revit
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
