The Role
To undertake all aspects of Painting and Decorating in commercial and domestic properties to a high-quality standard in accordance with appropriate safety regulations. Carry out multi-skilled repairs as necessary.
Candidates
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Property Services team for a Multi Skilled Painter & Decorator. For the right person, we offer a 35-hour week, competitive salary, excellent contributory pension scheme, and 25 days holiday increasing to 30 days.
- Required:
- NVQ level 2
- Proven experience within a similar role
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrate attention to detail and a customer-focused approach to deliver a high level of service
- A full valid driving licence
