Our client, a leading investment management firm based in Central London, is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant Manager.

This pivotal leadership role will oversee the strategic management of their Executive Assistant division, driving operational excellence and supporting team development. The successful candidate will champion the team's interests while implementing innovative solutions to enhance performance and support organisational growth objectives.

  • Oversee daily operations of Executive Assistant team
  • Deploy Executive Assistants across business divisions and specialised units
  • Coordinate support services for new hires, subject matter experts, and senior leadership
  • Manage comprehensive coverage protocols for planned and unplanned absences
  • Orchestrate holiday scheduling during peak periods and public holidays
  • Partner with HR to attract exceptional candidates aligned with evolving organisational needs
  • Collaborate on workforce planning and capacity forecasting to maintain optimal support ratios
  • Lead integration programs for new team members across all corporate functions
  • Conduct regular performance discussions to monitor workload distribution and project demands
  • Optimise resource allocation based on capacity analysis and business priorities
  • Facilitate quarterly team meetings, professional development sessions, and strategic presentations
  • Manage stakeholder consultation processes for service adjustments and organizational changes
  • Ensure transparent, timely communication with executive sponsorship
  • Oversee budget planning and execution for team development activities and training initiatives
  • Monitor service delivery metrics including calendar coordination, communication management, and financial administration
  • Identify enhancement opportunities through team feedback and stakeholder input
  • Support annual performance evaluation processes for all team members

Candidate Profile:

  • A proven, successful track record as an Executive Assistant Manager.
  • Must have managed a large EA team – this role is circa. 30.
  • Advanced emotional intelligence with discretion and diplomatic approach to sensitive matters
