This type of HLTA role requires confidence, knowledge of the EYFS, KS1 and KS2 curriculum, the ability to maintain engagement from pupils and creative methods to keep pupils on course., + Evidence of your highest academic achievement (BA Hons Degree, Level 4 Qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning).
