A Building Surveyor with significant professional services and project management experience is now needed by a SME Building Consultancy in North London (Finsbury). The motivated Building Surveyor will need to showcase their skill set with Contract Administration, Building Surveys, Dilapidations and some Party Wall matters. The successful Building Surveyor will have a hybrid position (3:2 split).

With excellent clients within the High-End residential sector, the Building Surveyor will play a key part in furthering relationships. Their clients are held to a high regard and supporting all requirements across the Building Surveying spectrum is part of this role. You will find a 50/50 split between professional services and projects, supporting stunning Residential properties within Mayfair, Kensington, Fitzrovia and Surrey.

This well-respected consultancy operates across London and the home counties, supporting domestic and international clients within the Prime Residential world. They do have a portfolio of Commercial clients, with CAT A/B works taking place. 42 employees total and the Building Surveyor will be supported by a Chartered Building Surveyor and a Director. This consultancy has solid plans for growth, with the hope to go towards 50 employees by the end of 2025.
