This is a unique opportunity to lead the financial operations of an established and highly successful UK-based company. As the CFO, you will oversee planning and strategy, all financial and risk management, investment and fundraising, and team leadership. Working with the Managing Director, you will ensure the company’s financial health, facilitating sustainable growth and profitability, while also playing an integral role in structuring the business for an exit.

The Candidate

As a qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with proven experience as a Finance Director, you will have a strong background in high-volume manufacturing, with in-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles and financial regulations. You will also be a strong analytical and strategic thinker, with exceptional leadership and communication skills. Ideally, you will have previously prepared and supported a business sale, and/or managed an ERP implementation.
