A role of extraordinary scope and potential, reporting to and supporting the Group Managing Director / CEO to develop and implement a strategy that delivers exceptional customer service, increases flexibility, capability and expertise, embeds leading edge technological and organisational change, whilst achieving realistic growth and profit objectives.
Leading a dedicated finance team, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategy, and the production, consolidation and delivery of financial information at both individual site and Group level. This will include providing forecasts and meeting statutory requirements whilst overseeing the continued development of the company’s financial and strategic planning systems.
You:
Professionally qualified and computer literate, ideally you will have gained your experience within a customer focused engineering/manufacturing environment, where you will have demonstrated the ability to anticipate and meet the changing needs of the business, partnering the senior leadership team to deliver cultural and organisational transformation, organic and possibly acquisitive growth, increased efficiency and profitability.
This is an exciting and high-profile role, combining the need for a practical, hands-on finance professional, prepared to tackle fundamental operational issues, with the intellect and credibility to develop long term business objectives and operate at the highest level within a dynamic, high calibre multi-site SLT and business.
