A great opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to step into a key coordination role within a high-impact PIM transformation project. As Product Data Coordinator, you’ll support data quality, stakeholder engagement, and the successful flow of information across multiple brands as the business prepares for a new PIM system launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate product data collection and entry across multiple beauty brands
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve data issues and track overall progress
  • Analyse product data to identify gaps, duplicates, or inconsistencies
  • Maintain project tracking tools and ensure all data timelines are met
  • Support the wider PIM implementation and system migration process

Ideal Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems (e.g. Salsify, Akeneo, Stibo, Informatica)
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with structured data
  • Background in data coordination, operations, or system implementation projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to balance competing priorities
