CTI is seeking to appoint a Head of Engineering for an exciting scaleup.
Requirements:
- 9+ years backend engineering with 6+ years in leadership roles
- Lead over 20 backend engineers including DevOps
- Extensive mentoring experience
- A good understanding of architecture patterns
- Expertise with AWS ecosystem
- IAM and Networking knowledge including VPC, subnets, and gateways
- Tech Stack: Dynamo DB or similar, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, Go, Python, Linux CLI, Redis, Elastic
- Mobile – iOS/Android will be considered favorable
- Implementing best practices in operational management to mitigate risks and ensure compliance
- Continuous improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to refine processes and enhance overall performance
