CTI is searching for an experienced Head of Engineering for a global Fintech firm that manages an e-trading platform for credit markets, and also offers market data and post-trade services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead global agile cross-functional teams.
- Shape product strategy at senior management levels.
- Influence product direction through design leadership.
- Commit to building practices and communities.
- Manage cloud ecosystem and native architecture (AWS/Azure).
- Ensure desktop interoperability (i.e., OpenFin or Interop.io).
