NetSuite Developer Admin

Overview:

We are looking for a Technical/Developer NetSuite Administrator to manage and enhance our NetSuite ERP system. The ideal candidate will combine strong system administration skills with hands-on development experience to customize and optimize NetSuite to support business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage NetSuite administration, including user access, roles, and system configuration
• Develop and customize NetSuite using SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), SuiteFlow, and workflows to automate processes
• Build integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems using RESTlets, SOAP APIs, or other methods
• Create and maintain custom records, saved searches, reports, and dashboards
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and user issues promptly
• Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
• Support system upgrades, testing, and deployment
• Document technical designs, processes, and user guides
• Ensure system compliance with security and governance standards

Requirements:

• Experience as a NetSuite Administrator with development skills
• Proficient in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder
• Skilled in integrating NetSuite with external systems (RESTlets, SOAP, APIs)
• Knowledge of NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, and Inventory
• Strong ability to create saved searches, reports, and SuiteAnalytics workbooks
• Understanding of SQL and database concepts
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication with both technical and non-technical teams
