Job Description
Role overview | Context
As a Senior Department People Partner, you’ll be responsible for making a significant impact on your dedicated client groups (Finance, Legal & Compliance), partnering closely with senior leadership to steward change and empower Checkout.com’s growth through operational readiness and organisational excellence.
In this role, you provide hands-on and strategic counsel, insight and advice to senior leadership on all people areas, including engagement, performance management, change, communications, talent, reward, and DEIB. Working closely with the broader People team, you will drive strategic people initiatives, change, and improvement in your client groups, all of which will contribute to building a high performance culture for Checkout.com.

- Drive Key People Initiatives: You’ll play a vital role in delivering key people programs, including workforce planning, performance management, and talent reviews. You’ll ensure that these initiatives are aligned with our strategic objectives and foster a culture of continuous growth.
- Champion Employee Engagement: You’ll be the pulse of your department, analysing engagement data, identifying areas for improvement, and developing action plans to create a truly exceptional employee experience.
- Attract and Develop Top Talent: Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and attract the best talent, ensuring a robust pipeline of candidates who embody our values. You’ll also play an active role in developing our people, providing coaching and mentorship to support their growth.
- Empower Leaders to Excel: You’ll coach and mentor managers, equipping them with the skills and tools they need to lead high-performing teams, navigate change effectively, and make sound decisions.

Qualifications:
