Our client, a well-established Healthcare company, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is a fully office-based role, where you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, answering inbound calls and resolving queries efficiently.
- Complaint handling and coordinate complaint resolution and follow up to customers.
- Provide location-specific customer education depending upon services provided (e.g. self-service, use of services, new products).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and effective issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within CRM systems.
- Assist with technical troubleshooting related to digital platforms and software.
