My client is an award-winning group of staffing specialists looking for a HR Operations Manager to join their team in Glasgow. This role will be 100% office based. Role Overview: The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and personally delivering an excellent operational HR service to the Group. The HR Operations Manager will manage two HR Advisors and one HR Administrator and will have responsibility for the delivery and oversight of a broad range of HR activities associated with the employment cycle. The HR Operations Manager will lead the provision of a high quality and responsive HR Service, ensuring that the operations team is actively engaged in the continuous improvement of all HR Operations. This is a broad role, and the HR Operations Manager will be responsible for hands-on delivery as well as team management to deliver the responsibilities set out below and act as the first point of contact for employee and manager queries.
