Our client is growing SME construction company that due to impressive growth they are currently seeking Project Surveyor to join their team based in Bromley Kent. They have a specialism in High End residential and the Wellness Sector. They are hugely client focused look to look to build strong client bonds seeing the projects from design through to completion. Role Overview: As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will play a critical role in the financial and contractual management of our projects. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual agreements. You will be responsible for managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from initial calculations to final figures. Key Responsibilities: Sub-Contract and Material Procurement: Demonstrate proficiency in producing enquiries, analysing tenders, making recommendations, and placing orders. Ensure that all procurement activities are carried out in a cost-effective manner while maintaining quality and compliance with project specifications. Sub-Contract Management: Effectively manage sub-contracts from valuation through to final account. This includes managing change orders, ensuring that all subcontract work is completed in accordance with the contract, and processing payments in a timely manner.
