Our client is a UKAS accredited Asbestos outfit, with a growing presence in the South East of England, and a busy portfolio of commercial, local authority, domestic and public sector clients. Applicants will need to be able to prioritise their workload effectively in order to ensure works are completed to agreed deadlines and to a high standard. They are offering competitive salaries and benefits to the successful candidate.
You will be covering sites across: Basildon, Southend-on-Sea, Maldon, Chelmsford, Billericay, Wickford, Grays, Tilbury, Romford, Rainham, Barking, Ilford, Epping, Enfield, Harlow, Potters Bar, Erith, Dartford, Gravesend, Sidcup, Bromley, Orpington, Snodland, Sevenoaks, Caterham, Croydon, Mitcham, Epsom Sutton, Twickenham, Hounslow, Southall, Redhill, Oxted, Crawley.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Must be qualified with the BOHS P402, P403 & P404, or RSPH equivalents
- Will have strong experience undertaking the full range of analytical and surveying duties
- Ideally will have worked within a UKAS accredited company
- Excellent technical knowledge, including the UKAS, HSG 248 and HSG 264
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- IT literate

- Undertaking management, refurbishment, demolition asbestos surveys
- Conducting 4 Stage Clearances
- Carrying out leak, background, personal, and other relevant assessments
