Key Responsibilities and Requirements: Degree-qualified in Building Surveying (or equivalent) A minimum of 12+ months’ relevant experience in building surveying or construction (refurbishment or minor works projects) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and build strong relationships Demonstrated ability to support project delivery with sound contract administration and organisational skills A clear focus on ongoing professional development, including the ambition to achieve RICS chartership Why Apply?
