Our Digital team is the heart of our company! In this vital role of Digital Specialist at Bullet, you will be responsible for managing paid ad campaigns and client relationships, to drive strong results for a portfolio of our incredible fitness clients. You will work closely with some of the best fitness studios in the world, collaborating with owners, managers and their internal teams who care deeply about the campaigns we deliver for them. It’s up to you to understand their business, get to know their teams and align with their culture, so you can build, manage and optimise highly effective paid ad campaigns that deliver a consistent flow of new people into their doors, ready to get fit and change their lives!
Whilst you will have lots of support from Bullet; a well-oiled system, industry experts to lean on and a finely tuned strategy to work within. This role will require a high degree of autonomy and pro-activity. The reason we are able to create stronger, longer partnerships with our clients is because we pair them with smart, personable and capable Digital Marketers who love going the extra mile to get results.
This is primarily a remote role. You are welcome to work from any location you choose, but we also know the importance of getting together as a team or meeting face to face with clients as often as we can, meaning this role is only open to people based in the UK.
Essential Experience:- Minimum 2 years running paid social / advertising campaigns (Facebook / Insta / Google / TikTok)
- End-to-End Campaign Management (Meta & Google Campaigns)
- Ensuring Maximum Customer Satisfaction and Service
- Tailoring new campaign ideas and concepts to match the needs of the client
- Prompt, concise, professional and personable communications with clients
- Leads regular Zoom calls with clients to provide support, discuss results, and suggest future strategies
- Establish and maintain excellent client relationships
- Takes responsibility for solving problems and looks for speedy, effective solutions
- Ensuring all campaign protocols are followed to a tee
- Looks further than just ads—actively looks to improve systems and solve other potential client side problems, adding value and solutions wherever possible.
- Meta Business Manager (2 years)
