We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of building services packages across a range of projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background on MEP systems and demonstrable experience managing budgets, programmes, and subcontractors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end M&E projects, from initiation through installation and commissioning.
- Lead project teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and site staff.
- Collaborate closely with clients, ensuring project alignment with their requirements.
- Budget and Schedule Control: Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and address project risks proactively.
- Oversee the procurement of plant, materials, and subcontractors in line with project requirements and budgets.
- Health and Safety: Uphold safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering MEP projects.
- Strong understanding of fit outs.
- Excellent commercial awareness and contract management skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certification.
