The main objective as Bar Supervisor is to assist the Club House Manager in the daily smooth running of the F & B within the Club.
When the Club House Manager is not on shift, you will be responsible for the Members and Customers having a positive experience, as well as ensuring all bar staff are undertaking their duties.
The candidate must have 2 years experience within hospitality, willingness to work weekends, together with a can do attitude and flexibility.
Excellent customer service and confident people skills, along with a sense of humour are required and the candidate should also demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills
Food Safety Level 2 & Cellar experience required but not essential as training can be given.
