Mexborough, Full Time 8am – 4.30pm, Permanent

£18.50ph with Paid Overtime

Our client a well-established family run engineering company are looking for a Plater/Welder to join their small busy team. As a key member of the fabrication team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds and fabrications, working from technical drawings and specifications to meet project deadlines.

Duties include:

• Fabrication and welding of components using MIG methods

• Working with mild steel and stainless-steel materials

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints

• Ensuring work is completed to the highest standard and within tight deadlines

• Working as part of the welding team to complete the project within the timeline indicated by the Works Manager

To be considered for the role candidate must have:

• Previous experience as a MIG Welder

• Ability to read and work from technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Welding qualifications and experience are essential
