THE ROLE
We have a new role for a Construction Litigation Solicitor c 3 -5 PQE to join a well-established construction and engineering disputes team.
The firm operates across a wide range of sectors, including high value infrastructure projects, private finance initiatives, and large commercial and industrial developments.
The postholder will be expected to handle disputes for a varied and high-profile client base, including commercial developers, PFI project companies, and investors. The work mainly arises from construction and infrastructure projects, and matters are often resolved through arbitration.
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have 3 – 5 years of relevant dispute resolution experience working for a leading law firm, handling a contentious construction workload.
