The Role – KS2/3 SEMH TA In this KS2/3 SEMH TA role, you will be working with students across Key Stages 2 and 3, both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. The students have a range of SEMH needs, so it’s essential you can build strong, trusting relationships and adapt your support to meet individual needs. You’ll assist with schoolwork, encourage positive behaviour, and help create a safe and engaging learning environment. A key part of the role is implementing and monitoring behaviour reward systems, tracking progress, and providing consistent feedback and encouragement.
