We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can actually make great content. If you know how to shoot, edit, and post short-form video that feels fresh, fun and on-brand — while also managing day-to-day channel strategy — we want to hear from you. This is a hands-on role at the centre of Boot Buddy’s brand — you’ll be filming, editing, and publishing content while helping us grow across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Creating short-form video content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
  • Managing and owning the social content calendar
  • Writing engaging, platform-native copy and captions
  • Planning and executing content ideas across brand, product, and partnerships
  • Tracking performance, iterating on what works, and helping grow our following
  • Working with our wider creative and growth team to support campaigns and product launches
  • Confident filming both products and people, and turning ideas into polished posts

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience making your own content — for brands or personal channels
  • Solid understanding of TikTok, Reels, and short-form content formats
  • Strong video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut
  • Confident both behind the camera and taking the lead on shoots
  • Organised and reliable — able to plan, schedule, and post consistently
  • A creative thinker who understands what gets views, saves, shares — and sales
  • Bonus: some experience in managing social communities or engagement

What You’ll Get:

  • A role with creative ownership and variety
  • The opportunity to grow a brand across platforms, with your content at the centre
  • Competitive compensation and a collaborative team environment
  • Room to test, learn, and shape the voice and style of Boot Buddy
