Night Supervisor – NIGHT Shift

Due to growth & contract wins, we are looking for an experienced Night Supervisor with a proven background in Italian food distribution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the production, ensuring all work flow is manageable and meets targets
- Work to the departments SOPs
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the warehouse
- Ensure staff is consistent & up to the company’s high standards
- Implement and manage KPI’s and reports
- Role is hands-on, not just delegation
- Adhere to health & safety policies
