Location: Duxford, Cambridgeshire

Salary: up to £45,000 p.a.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm, 37.5 hours (2 days a week from home)

Our client based in Duxford, Cambridgeshire are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

As a Customer Service Manager your duties will include:

  • Leading a team to ensure customer satisfaction is kept at a high standard
  • Upselling services where possible
  • Dealing with compliance
  • Monitoring KPIs
  • Assisting with enhancing systems to help day to day run as smoothly and efficiently as possible
  • Dealing with escalated issues

An ideal candidate for the Customer Service Manager will have:

  • Strong experience as a Customer Service Manager
  • IT Proficiency including CRM / ERP software
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Strong communication skills, verbal & written
