We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to work within one of our vibrant primary schools in Worthing, West Sussex, starting in January 2025. The position will be until July 2025. About the Role: As a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work from 8.30 AM to 3.30 PM, Monday to Friday. You will be supporting students with a range of additional needs, ensuring they have equal access to learning opportunities in a nurturing and inclusive environment. Your role will be vital in helping children feel confident, capable, and supported in all aspects of their school life. Key Responsibilities: Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs. Assisting with the implementation of tailored learning plans and strategies.
