An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior health & safety professional to join a medium sized construction company in London. This is a great opportunity to come in and lead a team across multiple projects, as well as implementing your own ideas and vision. You will be tasked on developing the safety culture, providing monthly health & safety reports to the board and ensuring all activities are carried out safely to evaluate performance across the business.
The Role:
- Manage the HSEQ function and deliver high quality support across all divisions within the business.
- Develop, lead and drive through engagement a strong HSEQ culture.
- Creation and implementation of a long term HSEQ strategy.
- Mentor and coach a team of HSEQ professionals.
