Job Role: Mobile Forklift Engineer Location: Market Harborough, Leicestershire (accepting applications from surrounding counties) Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per annum (£45,000+ OTE) + paid door to door Hours: Monday-Friday 40 hours per week + overtime @ enhanced rate Job Type: Full time, Permanent The package: Company van + Fuel Card provided All Travel Time, Expenses paid from home to/from site. A fantastic Earning Potential with scope to progress Overtime available at enhanced rate 28 days holiday including bank holidays Ongoing commitment to training and progression Pension scheme The Duties: Travel to client sites to accurately diagnose faults, service and carry out emergency repairs/breakdowns on an array of forklifts. Collaborate with customers surrounding the lifting and handling products. The ability to work independently within the customer sites and collaborate with colleagues to ensure documentation and the perfect solution is offered. Actively travelling to sites and carrying out repairs of the equipment and creating solutions. Working on engines, batteries, pneumatics and hydraulics, alongside mechanical and electrical fault finding and repairs. The Requirements: Previous experience working with pneumatics and hydraulics, alongside mechanical and electrical capabilities (essential) Electrical and/or Mechanical fault finding, repair & service experience (advantageous) Previous experience working in the Forklift, Plant, HGV and/or Agricultural industries (advantageous) Experience working with engines and batteries (advantageous) Relevant qualifications NVQ or City and Guilds in mechanical/electrical engineering (advantageous) Full UK Drivers License Interaction Recruitment have specialist consultants across the majority of industries within the UK, including but not limited to, Finance & IT, Technical & Engineering, Industrial, Commercial and Hospitality.
