Ensure Tenancy Compliance: Manage tenancies, leases, and licences within your patch, taking action to address breaches, illegal sub-letting, or anti-social behaviour. Promote Safety: Identify and report fire safety risks, provide advice, and collaborate with internal teams to reduce hazards. Lead Tenancy Audits: Visit homes to gather intelligence and ensure our housing stock meets the needs of our communities. Resolve Issues Swiftly: Tackle complaints, tenancy changes, and disputes with professionalism, compassion, and adherence to housing law.
