Job Description
Your new companyJoin an award-winning and leading UK National Multidisciplinary Consultancy with over 100 years experience within design engineering in their Newcastle City Centre. This fantastic consultancy are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with technical experience at a senior level, to assist with the company's healthy forward workload.
Your new role
- Be the structural technical lead for a variety of projects, such as, residential, commercial, leisure and more
- Provide structural engineering assessments and inspections of new and existing properties in steel, concrete, masonry and timber
- Undertake analysis and design using a range of software packages including Tekla Structural Designer
- Responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of technical reports and drawings are upheld
- Prepare high quality technical reports including structural surveys
What you'll need to succeed
- Chartered or near Chartered status
- Over 5 years UK experience
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
- Full clean driving licence
